The Company, in compliance with the agreement signed with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport on March 5, 2024, has submitted to the Grantor a proposal to introduce quality indicators for the motorway service under concession, as identified by ART Resolution No. 119 of September 28, 2017. The investigation is currently ongoing. In the meantime, the company is implementing the following indicators:

* Compliance with the standard is verified (only for the right-hand edge and excluding tunnels, winter operations period, proximity to construction sites and Service Areas) on 90% of sections at least 20 km.

Indicator monitoring is carried out annually and the results are transmitted to the granting authority, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

With reference to the table above, the results for 2025 are compliant with the expected standards.

The Concessionaire intends to comply with the standards for 2026 as well.
