The Supervisory Body (SB), in compliance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) of Legislative Decree 231/01, is tasked with supervising the adequacy, effectiveness, functioning and effective implementation of the company’s 231 Model.
All members of the SB have the necessary requisites of good repute, professionalism, autonomy and independence and perform the functions assigned to them, guaranteeing the necessary business continuity.
