In cases where a toll has been paid in excess of the amount due, ITP, after checking the validity of the documentation produced, shall refund the excess. Double toll payments caused by the simultaneous use of two unshielded devices on board the same vehicle are not refunded.
The refund request will be ineligible and therefore cannot be processed by the offices if it does not include the following elements:
- applicant’s details
- trip identification references
- copy of the toll payment receipt
- description of the payment anomaly found.
