The Company guarantees reimbursement of tolls paid in excess of the amount due, following verification of the validity of the relevant complaint lodged by the user. Reimbursement times coincide with processing times. Within the Eurozone, reimbursement is made by bank transfer.
The refund request will be ineligible and therefore cannot be processed by the offices if it does not include the following elements:
- applicant’s details
- trip identification references
- copy of the toll payment receipt
- description of the payment anomaly found.
