Within the Eurozone, reimbursement is made by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p><b>The refund request will be ineligible and therefore cannot be processed by the offices if it does not include the following elements<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>applicant\u2019s details<\/li>\n<li>trip identification references<\/li>\n<li>copy of the toll payment receipt<\/li>\n<li>description of the payment anomaly found.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The form to be completed is available on the\u00a0<a
