{"id":8473,"date":"2025-09-04T12:13:20","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T10:13:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.itpspa.it\/fatturazione-pedaggi\/"},"modified":"2026-01-15T12:45:54","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T11:45:54","slug":"toll-billing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.itpspa.it\/en\/section-a55-a5\/toll-billing\/","title":{"rendered":"Toll Billing"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; use_row_as_full_screen_section=&#8221;no&#8221; type=&#8221;full_width&#8221; angled_section=&#8221;no&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; background_image_as_pattern=&#8221;without_pattern&#8221; z_index=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;riga-testo-padding&#8221;][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-md-3&#8243;][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=&#8221;Sidebar-Info-Servizi&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-md-9&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>TOLL BILLING REQUESTS<\/h2>\n<p>Users who wish to obtain an invoice must request it by registered mail by sending the appropriate form, together with the original transit certificates, to\u00a0<strong>Societ\u00e0 Concessionaria ITP S.p.A., Strada della Cebrosa, 86 10156 Torino,<\/strong>\u00a0as provided for by Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633\/1972 and by Ministerial Decree of 20 July 1979.<\/p>\n<p>Receipts issued at payment stations are not valid for VAT deduction purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The issuing of invoices releases the Concessionaire from any liability as provided for by current tax legislation.<\/p>\n<p>To request the toll invoicing, Users must use the appropriate form that can be downloaded from this page, complete with the information indicated below, attaching the original toll receipts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and Surname or Company Name<\/li>\n<li>Company address or registered office<\/li>\n<li>Tax code or VAT number<\/li>\n<li>List of Transits<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle type and number plate<\/li>\n<li>Amounts paid and total<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The request must be stamped and signed for acceptance of the aforementioned responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Partial application of the above could invalidate the request and thus make processing impossible within the stipulated time frame (90 days).<\/p>\n<p>Invoices will be issued for transits settled by the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n<li>Credit card<\/li>\n<li>Debit card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When paying at the toll station, users must request a receipt by pressing the appropriate button.<\/p>\n<p>Invoices for non-payment of tolls can be requested.<\/p>\n<p>From 1 January 2019, invoices must be issued in electronic format, which must be sent exclusively via the exchange service (SDI).<\/p>\n<p>The recipient code or alternatively the certified email (PEC) for sending the e-invoice must be indicated in the request.
